Milan S. Morjaria is the Founder of MSM Investment Advisors SA, with over 38 years of experience in global financial markets. Drawing on his extensive background, he founded MSM Multi Family Office in Geneva in March 2010, later expanding its operations to Dubai in August 2020. The firm specializes in managing the wealth, transitions, and legacies of affluent global families and their charitable foundations.

From 1988 to 2010, Milan built a distinguished 22-year career at Citigroup. He progressed through diverse roles, from currency trader and private banker to his final position as a Managing Director in Geneva, where he focused on Ultra High Net Worth clients and family offices. During his tenure, he was a member of the European leadership team and was a three-time recipient of the prestigious Chairman’s Council European Award (2005-2007). He also served on the board and investment committee for the Citibank Swiss pension fund.

Milan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and has completed executive programs at London Business School and Harvard Business School.

A resident of Switzerland, he is deeply committed to philanthropy, supporting Swiss non-profit organizations focused on children’s education and healthcare in developing countries.

He travels extensively to the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and India, where he maintains both family and business interests.

Rodney Allen has more than 40 years experience in advising international families, businesses and organizations. He advises on the complex international business, estate, tax and philanthropic issues they face. His current clients include international families, their service providers and multi-national philanthropic organizations. He is also on the Boards of MSM and its subsidiary, as well as global trust companies.

Rodney’s experience began with a 9-year career at Arthur Andersen, where he specialized in cross-border tax issues for international companies and individuals. Next, Mr. Allen spent 10 years at Citibank, where amongst other assignments, was responsible for its International Wealth Structuring business and its EMEA Discretionary Asset Management sales department. He also served as General Manager of Citibank (Switzerland). After a short assignment as head of Credit Suisse’s Guernsey fund administration business, Rodney was appointed head of Barclays global trust business. In 2010, he took a 1-year leave of absence to return to university for an advanced law degree in Environmental Law, focusing on international environmental, human rights and other social-responsibility issues.

Rodney is a member of the Texas Bar and has passed the California CPA exam. He was awarded a JD from the University of Richmond in 1985 and an LLM from Oregon University in 2011. His undergraduate degree in English was awarded by James Madison University in 1979. Rodney currently resides in Switzerland, where he has lived and worked for the past 30+ years. He has also lived and worked in the United States and in The Netherlands.

Colin Woolcock has over 40 years of financial markets experience in senior positions working at Citibank in the Corporate and Investment Bank and Wealth Management across three continents (Argentina, Venezuela, Spain, Brazil, Indonesia, and Switzerland). His last position in Switzerland was Division Executive for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, for the Citi’s Wealth Management business.

In 2005, Colin moved to Deutsche Bank managing the Latin American and Southern European business in Geneva. In 2011, Colin successfully founded a real estate company Geneva Homes, which focuses on high value properties for Swiss and international clientele.

Colin Woolcock was educated at the British Schools in Montevideo, Uruguay, and at St. George’s College in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica Argentina.

Colin is a Trustee on the Board of Governors of St. George’s College in Buenos Aires and was on the Finance Committee of the Jakarta International School. He was also a member on the Capital Contribution Committee to build the Nations Campus of the École International de Genève, and the Fund-Raising Committee for the new Arts Centre.

Colin Woolcock and his family have lived in Geneva for the past 25 years and he currently advises family offices alongside managing his real estate business.

John Bottomley has over 40 years of Global Real Estate expertise and is a recognized senior real estate executive.

He is a proven investor, lender, business development professional who has had positions with leading firms Berkshire Residential Investments, Rockefeller Group, Citigroup Property Investors, Travelers Insurance, Citi Private Bank London, and Citibank Canada.

He has served on the Management, Investment and Credit Committees in all of these businesses and lived and worked in Canada, London, New York and Tokyo.
John currently advises several investment managers and high net worth family offices on real estate investment and funding strategies.
He has a MA in Regional Economics and Urban Planning from the University of Waterloo, Ontario and a Honors BA from York University, Toronto. He also holds Series 7 and 63 US Securities Licenses.

John resides in New York, USA.

With over 20 years of experience in the wealth management industry, she brings deep operational expertise and institutional knowledge to the firm. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer and has been with the company since its inception, playing a key role in its growth and operational development.

In her role as COO, she is responsible for assisting clients, office and operational management, human resources, and the coordination of special projects, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the firm. She works closely with senior management, supporting strategic initiatives and maintaining high standards of organisation, compliance, and internal processes.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Citibank (Switzerland) as an Executive Assistant, where she gained valuable experience within a global financial institution and developed strong administrative, organisational skills.

She is fluent in English and professionally proficient in French

Ezequiel Bosch is a senior executive with international investment advisory, portfolio management and executive team management skills. Ezequiel has extensive experience and a strong track record working with sophisticated private banking clients in setting and implementing effective investment strategies. Working directly with senior management in Latin America and Switzerland, he has successfully orchestrated ways to balance client returns and risk in line with client investment profiles and regulatory standards. Previously as a Managing Director for HSBC’s Latin American unit, he built a team of eight advisors that was consistently ranked one of the top performing regions.

Ezequiel joined the firm in 2014 as a Senior Portfolio Manager and works closely with the Chief Investment Officer in formulating the Global Investment Strategy and Asset Allocation. He is a key contributor to the Monthly Investment Outlook publication and drives our core individual equity and manager selection. He received his BA from Duke University (1983), his MBA from New York University’s Stern Business School (1988), and his CFA membership in 1994. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and French, conversational skills in Italian.

Toni Apostoloski joined MSM as an Investment Analyst in 2019. Prior to joining MSM, Toni worked at Banque Heritage specializing in quantitative and qualitative research on equity and third-party funds.

Toni currently is a Portfolio Manager and member of the investment committee at MSM. He is responsible for MSM Thematic funds and products.

He has over 12 years of investment experience in managing discretionary and advisory portfolios across multi asset classes.

Toni holds a Bachelor in Economics and a Master’s degree in Finance (Financial Engineering and Risk Management) from HEC Lausanne. He is fluent in English and French.

Markus Bettels is a seasoned risk, compliance, and clientservice professional with more than twenty years of experience supporting private clients and financial institutions. Based in Switzerland, he serves as Risk & AML Officer at MSM Investment Advisors SA, where he oversees regulatory compliance, risk management, and the integrity of client relationships. Markus also leads the firm’s Relationship Support Team and manages key aspects of its IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, efficient, and wellgoverned operations.

Before joining MSM, Markus spent seven years at Citibank Switzerland working closely with private bankers to deliver highquality wealthmanagement services to international clients. His background combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to service, discretion, and longterm partnership.

Markus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication from Denison University and completed his schooling in Switzerland, including the International Baccalaureate program. He brings a global perspective shaped in part by extensive travel and a lifelong interest in different cultures.

She is responsible for managing our complex Family Office clients and works closely with the Geneva and Dubai banker teams.

Previously worked in the investment management division at JP Morgan and subsequently joined Citibank (Switzerland) AG focusing on Greek Ultra High Net Worth clients.

She is fluent in English and proficient in French.

Kenni Redjah joined MSM Investment Advisors S.A. in 2023 and brings over 12 years of experience in financial markets. He is responsible for all Client Relationship Support working closely with the Geneva and Dubai banker teams.

His professional background is rooted in private banking, where he has served ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families for over 9 years with complex and bespoke needs, requiring the highest levels of discretion and sophistication.

Kenni began his professional career in 2014 at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Geneva, where he joined the Graduate Program as an Analyst covering the Middle East market. He subsequently joined Deutsche Bank Wealth Management in Geneva as an Account Manager within the Middle East & Africa team.

Kenni holds a B.B.A. in Finance from INSEEC Business School and master’s degree in finance & Wealth Management from ESCP Europe Business School in Paris.

A keen sports enthusiast, Kenni divides his time between skiing in winter and wakesurfing in summer and plays football occasionally. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations and cultures.

Kenni is a native French speaker and is fluent in English, with conversational Spanish.

Karin studied at the Modern School of Business and Languages in Lausanne, Switzerland, designed for international careers in enterprises and organizations where knowledge of several languages and business is required. She is fluent in English and French.

Karin Hartmann Tan joined MSM Investment Advisors SA as an Administrative Assistant in 2020. She has over 30 years’ experience as an Executive and Administrative Assistant with multinational companies. Her previous assignment (2008-2019) was at the European headquarters of ADM International in Rolle as an Executive and Personal Assistant providing support to the CFO and Tax Director at ADM Corporate office.
